Noah’s Law Loophole Closed

Maryland now requires Interlock devices in all DUI offenders’ cars. The change is in effect as of October1, 2024, and closes a loophole that allowed drunk driving offenders to avoid putting breathalyzer-type devices on their vehicles. News4’s Darcy Spencer reports.
